Traditional Kerala

Telugu Manduva
A home that breathes around a courtyard.
The manduva plan centres on an open-to-sky courtyard. Warm air rises and escapes through the opening while cooler air is drawn through the rooms around it — daylight and family life at the centre of the home.

Modern minimalist
Clean lines, generous light, calm space.
Simple volumes, large glazing and considered shade. The architecture is quiet — the light, the proportions and the materials do the work.
